Strangely, today I have been assigned to write a story using "Sentence openers"...Well, he goes.

He awoke screaming, as another of his nightmares attacked! Rushing to his aid, his mother with a glass of water and some aspirin to help the headache. You see, Jimmy was a strange little boy. Ever since the accident...1 year ago, Jimmy was riding his bike when a squirrel jumped out and was caught under his tire dead. Lying there on the dirt path was that squirrel. He was devastated. Now he gets nightmare's every night, about the squirrel, and how it happened. But under his tire it was no ordinary squirrel (In his dreams), for it was a man eating death squirrel who wanted to destroy Jimmy! Now, when Jimmy sees such a poor little creature, he flips out and screams "DON'T BITE MY HEAD OFF"! The only way this could be stopped is by therapy and intense treatment. But over time he fully recovered and was back to his old strange self...Until he um...shoot the moose, but that's a different story. Jimmy once again gets nightmares and beats him self up. But, like I said that's a entirely, different story.
